FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to the Most Common Questions
Can I use conventional cosmetics over my permanent make-up?
Yes, you can always add conventional make-up on top of your permanent make-up for special occasions or to match a certain outfit. Your permanent make-up is meant to be a beautiful and more natural everyday look.
What is the difference between micro blading and permanent make-up?
Microblading is a newer service that is not real permanent make-up although it is often advertised as such. Microblading is done in the top layer of skin (epidermis) and lasts between 1-3 years before you are left with a grey pink smudge and you must pay to constantly have it redone. Real permanent make-up is tattooed second layer of skin (dermis) and will last significantly longer before it needs a touch up.
Does it hurt?
We use numbing agents in the area we are working on. This results in little to no pain at all. Because of our decades of knowledge we know which numbing agents to use and how long to apply then in the different areas so to work most effectively.
Can you fix others work if I went to a less knowledgeable artist?
Yes, unfortunately this is all too common. We are not only the most experienced in new applications but we are able to camouflage others work with custom flesh tones as well as cover and rework their mistakes.
